Business analysis (working with a range of financial data and SMEs across the organisation to develop insight and to identify financial efficiency opportunities)
Project communication (developing business cases, communicating insight and opportunities).Working with SMEs and stakeholders in Global Markets (sales and trading), Finance, Treasury, Credit and Collateral Management.
Given the current importance on financial resource management to the organisation these projects are high profile and have senior stakeholder support.
Individual projects vary from the tactical (3 months) to the strategic (18 months). Current projects include a business case for a new team to manage collateral agreements on an ongoing basis, an analysis of the banks top RWA counterparties, an ongoing project to introduce Flash RWA reporting, doing analysis around process change for regulatory requirements. Strong spreadsheet skills are required for this position.
The role sits in an internal consulting group, ideally an ex consultant is required. However, my client is willing to look beyond this if strong communication and consultative skills are shown during interview stage. Please send CVs for Review!
