My client is looking for a Contract Complaints Handling Specialist to work from the office in the West Sussex area.

This is an opportunity to work in the highly regulated Medical industry and gain knowledge of the requirements associated with this.

The position is to work along side the Complaint Manager to ensure tasks related to complaints and adverse event reporting are handled in a timely and thorough way.

To be considered for this position you must be able to -
Assistance in generating the necessary documentation with respect to Adverse Event Reporting.
To provide reports on the status of reported complaints.
To provide cover for GPMS coordinator as required.
To provide assistance with the complaint handling system.
To monitor Corrective Action Report activity and advise status.
