Contract: 12 months
Rate: Circa £35.00 per hour
The Company:
A leading aerospace client, dealing in the design, development and manufacture of electronic control systems for aero gas turbine engines.
The Role:
Our client is looking to recruit a Six Sigma project engineer to join their busy team. As Six Sigma project engineer, you will be responsible for running a six sigma project within the test team with the aim of confirming that the test rigs meet all MSA requirements. You will utilise six sigma processes such as gauge R&R, MSA (measurement systems analysis) and SPC (statistical process control) to analyse all the data produced from the test rigs, in order to gain a better understanding of test rig capacities.
The Candidate:
A six sigma qualified green or black belt, you will have experience of running six sigma projects within a specialised engineering environment. Utilising a range of tools and processes within six sigma capability you will ideally be a specialist within statistical analysis and drawing results from data.
Technical: Six Sigma, Gauge R&R, MSA, SPC and Minitab.
Commutable: Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Wolverhampton, and West Midlands.
