Continuous Improvement Manager - Greenbelt/Blackbelt/Lean

My client provides a globally connected, locally coordinated Card Payment Processing service for business both large and small. They operate in more than 40 countries - and today, They are one of the leading independent providers of safe payment services globally.

The Role
The Continuous Improvement Manager will support the Head of Financial Processing, Gateshead, with the implementation and roll out of a heavy process improvement agenda. The two key teams within the department that will be focused on Reconciliations and Payments.

Key Accountabilities
* Preparing the department for the transition of change
* People management
* Conduct Lean diagnostics in all teams within Financial Processing
* Make process improvements to improve performance and increase revenue
* Support the Head of financial Processing in the transition of new platforms and changes

Skills & Experience
Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent experience) - MUST HAVE
Greenbelt/Blackbelt/Lean Certification - MUST HAVE
Strong communication skills
People management experience
Attention to detail Ability to plan, prioritise and manage own workload to hit tight deadlines without compromising quality
Strong MS Office skills - particularly Excel (lookups, pivot tables)
Team player with demonstrable customer service orientation
Adaptable style and comfortable operating in a rapidly changing environment Commitment to continuous improvement.

It is very important that all applicants have both Lean/greenbelt/blackbelt certification and Qualified Accountant certification.
