Description
SAP SD consultant required for a roll-out project. The first 2 months mainly you will be assisting our Support Organisation. Possibility to gradually join roll out projects.
Support tasks:
- Solve daily "how to" question" --> about 30 %. Handle more specific issues (incorrect behaviour, dumps, bugs,...) --> 10 %. investigate & review new customer requirements --> 40 %
- Analyse request
- Possible solutions
- Possible alternatives
- Check versus template decisions
- Review impact on other users, other programs
- Describe functional and technical documentation and review with ABAP team
- Perform technical testing + test on collateral damage
- Discuss with level 2 support for further detailed testing
- Arrange transfer to productive system
- Documentation + follow up
Project tasks.

EDI - incoming and outgoing

Scanning for shipping (lean & full WM)
Selfbilling
Knowledge of EDI, HUM and automotive flows is a decisive advantage.
Language skills: Dutch and English; other languages (French, German, Spanish, Swedish) is an extra asset.
