For our media sector customer we are looking for an experienced HR Project manager to make a Pre-study of our customer's HR systems.
Job description:
- Consultant should study customer's HR systems in different countries and make an audit which should help our customer to decide which global HR system to choose. Customer has about 40 different systems and IT is in several countries.
- Consultant should make the pre-study from business perspective and drive the preparation phase
Required skills:
- Strong HR experience in big international companies
- Prestudy experience
- Project management skills
- Experience of different HR systems f.ex. SAP
- Dynamic touch
- Diplomacy skills
- Carismatic person
