Siebel Deployment Manager - 6 month Contract - Sunbury - Circa £500 per day
My client a leading FTSE 100 energy company with offices in Sunbury is looking to recruit a Siebel Deployment Manager on an initial 6 month contract. The successful candidate must have proven Experience of CRM implementation to Sales force. This position is offering circa £450-£550 per day.
The role
The successful Deployment Manager will all use a standard Siebel CRM application which will integrate with Legacy applications and telephony. The role of the Process Design Management team within the Customer Service Design programme is primarily to capture Legacy processes and perform a fit gap analysis for each business (and their associated applications) against the global template of CRM processes.
Key Responsibilities
To manage the implementation of in-country Siebel deployments for all country deployments on the programme & strategic roadmap. Develop and own relationships with in-country stakeholders and act as the go-to person for all deployment issues. Operate at the interface between the project delivery team and the business/user community.
