Cypher Consulting BV are currently recruiting a MVNO Architect to work in the Amsterdam area. This is a contact position with a minimum 6 month term.
Candidates should have 8-12 years IT experience with a strong background in GSM or CDMA, roaming, billing (pre & post paid), sim mgmt, IN and strong OSS/BSS skills.
Responsibilities will include end to end sequence disgrams for MNVO solutions.
