Job Description/Requirements

This position requires a 4-year degree in an accredited engineering field (ChemE, ME, EE, AgE, etc). The job will entail working directly with engineers around the company on new component design, modification to existing component design, removing restrictions based on detailed pro/con discussions and additional engineering project tasks. The employee must be capable of accurately conveying his/her progress on assignments to requestors and be able to report out to the group on a monthly basis. The employee must be self-motivated and able to handle many different tasks in order of importance in an organized manner. Experience with PRO/E (desired, not required), blue-print reading/creating, machining callouts, technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to pull data from multiple locations are required for this job.
