Incident & Problem Manager

A large and prestigious financial services client is looking for an Incident and Problem Manager

Key skills required:

- A knowledge and experience of incident management is essential
- A knowledge of the change and problem management function within a service delivery area is essential.
- An ITIL or equivalent qualification in a service delivery capacity at foundation level is essential
- Good telephone and customer skills and experience are essential
- Ability to work flexible hours between 7.30am and 6pm essential
- The ability to work alone and to take on and implement knowledge quickly is essential.
- Experience working with Peregrine Service Centre is desirable
- Experience producing incident reporting for service end users is desirable
