SystemsAccountants are working on behalf of a leading FTSE100 organisation to recruit a Finance Process Owner. This position will sit within the Group Finance function to promote the benefits of a newly designed Finance Operating Model to the group. Working closely with international business units and the country change teams you will lead finance change across financial processes and systems; ensuring best practices are adopted, local legal requirements are taken into consideration and change is effectively managed and promoted across the group. Candidates will need excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills matched with a strong accountancy background (Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified by experience). Candidates must be willing to travel internationally and have the diplomacy to work within a fast moving, ever changing environment.
