We are looking for a senior level PA or Executive assistant to work within a leading Telecommunications company in Berkshire. We are looking for you to start immediately and the role is up until November.

Some of the key skills the role will involve are:
*Proactive Diary and Time Management
*Email Management and some action Tracking
*Update DR's on any outstanding actions, highlighting those of high importance.
*Use judgement to manage current issues and knowledge to respond to queries
*Screen phone calls and messages and sort post.
*Plan and manage the events for team
*Arrange travel for clients
*Expense Reporting, Budget Management & Purchase Orders
*Manage the staff entertaining budget and process.
*Team Admin Works across the organisation
*General Admin duties, eg photocopying, organising meetings, planning etc
*Attending meetings and taking notes and actions
