Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a skilled CEM(customer experience management)/SQM (service quality management) solution Expert for an exciting project in Stockholm.

Report to BU AMS(Assurance and Managed Service) in Global service Dept.
Responsibility:
- Understand and consolidate mobile operators' CEM/SQM requirements, initial solution and technical engagement with customer.
- Development some CEM/SQM technical document for Multi-Vender.
- Technical support for Multi-Vendor CEM/SQM projects, Study performance indices of vendors in the field and prepare technical guideline.
Requirements for candidates:
- Senior Consultant 8+years
- Be familiar with CEM/SQM solution design and CEM/SQM network planning.
- Be familiar with output data structure and format by probe, such as probe company Tektronix/astella company.
- Be familiar with NSN/ERICSSON data interface signal data format, include GB/GI/IUPS/IUCS/ABIS/A etc interface.
- Be familiar with CRM process, such as IBM CEM solution
- Be familiar with CEM/SQM solution assessment and optimization method, include core network/RF network QOS/DPI solution, include different service, such as Http/ftp/vod...
Location: Stockholm, Sweden/travel to Shenzhen, China
6-12 months assignment
