The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to the following;
- Provide level 1-2 client support, problem resolution and solution advice.
- Perform general desktop and network administration functions using directory services, applications and web based systems.
- Provide advice to clients in the selection, purchasing, deployment and use of information technology solutions that meet their identified requirements whilst ensuring consistency with the IT infrastructure of the departments.
- Comprehensive understanding of PC/Windows and/or Mac computing environments including hardware and software
- Have experience in Level 1-2 support
- Show comfort in working via email, phone and in client facing situations
- Good general knowledge of IT Networks
- Demonstrated ability to research and implement solutions to technology problems in an efficient and logical manner.
