Description
Our Client is looking for an experienced IT Manager to coordinate and manage ICT service partners to deliver products within budget and on time.
You will work very closely with the Project staff and stakeholders to develop and agree work packages with the ICT service partners and manage through to delivery.
You will have
- Demonstrated high level experience in managing, directing and co-coordinating internal and external technical resources within a diverse, complex organisational environment, specifically on similar projects
- Technical co-ordination skills with a proven track record of achieving quality outcomes within a corporate Project Management Framework
- Extensively developed skills in negotiation, consultation and communication (written and verbal), with a diverse group of stakeholders in an environment of change
- Experience and detailed knowledge of the technical infrastructure environments - specifically knowledge management, collaboration, communications, dispatch and GIS systems
- Experience developing technical requirements and test implementation documentation
- Experience in Agile Development Methodologies
- Ensure that project communication activities are identified within the project planning cycle and are regularly undertaken
- Provide information to allow monitoring and reporting on project performance (scope, timeframes and expenditure)
- Provide information to ensure the identification, co-ordination, control and resolution of risks and issues including the development of mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
