This extremely high profile financial services organisation require a Leadership Development Consultant to embed a leadership development programme focused on their top 200. The organisation has recently gained the ability to have much more authority in their activities and as such are embarking on three areas of change. HR Transformations, structural transformation and cultural transformation.
This will focus on a high profile development programme for their top 200 and will have significant focus on their leadership skills in addition to their ability to lead their organisation through a period of fundamental change over the next five year period.
Successful individuals will be best in class Leadership Development professionals with a wealth of experience in blue chip organisations that have leading edge and ROI focused leadership activities. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to successfully implement leadership development activities within organisations of at least 10,000FTE.
The role is based in Canary Wharf five days a week. Rate to £600 per day for initial six month contract.
