Our client requires a Reward manager based in Osterley, london.

Provide the management to ensure the resolution of the day to day reward related requests and questions from line managers and HR from a designated business area(s).

Key Responsibilities

- Leading significant reward projects, including design, consultation, communication and implementation aspects.
- Managing the development and implementation of reward processes across the business and/or designated business units.
- Providing a reward service to designated business areas, mainly focused on providing advice and guidance on a broad range of reward issues to HR and the line.
- Providing reactive support to handle individual reward issues and transactions that are part of day to day business.

Skills:

- Graduate or equivalent level
- Min 5 years experience as a reward specialist with a min 2 years experience at the reward manager level, ie having the sole or lead responsibility for managing the reward service to a sizeable business unit(s) of a large corporate.
- Experience across a range of compensation and benefits areas.
- Experience and skills in developing and managing relationships with line managers including senior executives.
- The abilities to be seen as a credible authority and to influence accordingly are very important.
- Track record in a lead role of managing and delivering complex or large scale reward projects (eg the introduction of a new programme or policy).
- Data analysis and presentation skills.
- Good communication skills
- Multi tasking
- Excellent Excel skills
