Integrations Support Analyst

My client requires an Integrations Support Analyst to join their team in South County Dublin.
They are looking for an individual who is interested in technical support in a customer facing environment. This is a 2 year fixed term contract.
Requirements:
Third Level degree in an IT related university
Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers through the integration process
- Provide expert advice on payment processing to both new and existing clients
- Efficiently manage inbound support queries, via telephone and email
- Quickly and efficiently resolve technical issues as they arise
- Set up all merchant details and accounts using internal systems.
- Provide training to customers
Exposure to the following:
- Programming languages - Perl, ASP/VB, PHP and Java
- Web Servers - IIS, Apache, others.
- Operating Systems - Windows NT/2000, Linux etc.
