Client Documentation Negotiator Needed (Documentation, Investment Banking, Law, ISDA, Multi-Lingual) URGENT!
A Global Investment Bank require a Financial Documentation Negotiator to work within their Client On-Boarding department in order to effectively and consistently negate ISDA product documentation from a number of internal and external clients.
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent Investment Banking, and financial services knowledge
- Traded markets master agreement and ISDA documentation knowledge (underlying products, market standard derivatives, securities financing agreements)
- Qualified Lawyer or Law graduate is highly beneficial
- Client focused with exceptional customer service skills
- Multi Lingual is an advantage (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish)
The successful Senior Negotiator will have expert understanding of ISDA, market standard derivatives, securities financing agreements as well as good general financial services knowledge. A legal background (qualified lawyer, law graduate) is important and a wide range of languages is highly beneficial.
