Role: Oracle Software Engineer
Type: 6 month Contract
Location: Galway
Daily Rate: €450+
Our client, operating within the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Oracle Software Engineer to join their talented database team. The ideal candidate will have strong database development experience and will gain exposure to cutting edge technologies and agile methodologies with a highly sought after company.
The ideal candidate:
o Extensive Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (debugging, tuning, coding, DB design)
o Competent in Unix/Linux Scripting and Oracle 11g databases
o Knowledge of data modelling using CASE tool PowerDesigner
o Experience working in a Unix environment
o Agile methodology experience is a distinct advantage
