Description
I require an IT Security Analyst/Consultant to work for a large financial institution based in Brussels.
You will work as part of a team that will be responsible for Security Applications and protocols within a Financial Environment. You will be responsible for tool ticket handling, solving or escalation + ESD tickets handling. You will solve, escalate or dispatching to second line + resource access management.
Your role will be to allocate resource access management for Group employees and clients, Including electronic, Swift, fax or e-mail exchanges and controls for authentication of requests to access. You will also receive phone call intakes at group level, interacting with internal groups, problem solving and answering questions about the status of requests, giving users support.
You will Create, Transfer, Revoke and delete end-user accounts and related actions ie issuing or blocking tokens, smart-cards, special privileges.
You Must:
- You have a good technical background, with knowledge of the distributed technology (understanding the context).

- You are a strong communicator and have good social skills
- Languages: English is mandatory, you also must speak French and/or Dutch
