Description
Ensure the desired outcome of the workstream is specified, and that the outcome is consistent with the direction and strategy set by QLT/Programme board
Resolve any conflicts in requirements and process
Promote and maintain focus on the desired outcomes of the workstream
Ensure that resources required to support the workstream are made available
Sign-off key process designs and workstream deliverables as complete and ready for operational release
Agree plans with Programme Manager
Manage all assigned member of workstream
Take responsibility for progress of the teams work, use of resource and quality of output
Advise Programme Manager of any deviations from plan beyond tolerances, recommend corrective action and help prepare any exception plans
Responsible for the delivery of the workstream plan
Monitors, tracks and supports Workstream Leader to drive progress
Identifies, monitors and reports on significant issues and risks
Identifies and manages internal/external workstream dependencies
Ensures Workstream Leader and Programme Manager are briefed on progress, risks, issues etc
Produced weekly reports and other management information as directed
Attends programme related meeting providing status updates
Maintains the programme library for all workstream related documents
