Looking for an experienced Customer Support Engineer who has good knowledge across a broad range of technologies - application, database and infrastructure environments.

Your role will be to provided level 2 support to database and application configuration. You will be involved in report development and provide support to customers.

To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in customer support with a experience in database and application infrastructure. You will need an understanding of application configuration and ideally some knowledge of Weblogic. As the role will involve report development you will need experience of SQL reports.
