My client is currently looking to recruit x4 Sales Support Consultants for a 12 month contract, Reading based.
You will have the opportunity to work for a market leader and one of the UK's most recognised and established brands within the financial services domains.
Role:
Work within a team, providing support to the Financial Planners in all aspects of the sales process (from initial contact through to point of sale).
Required to handle inbound calls from potential and existing customers and provide additional product information or assistance with the purchase of the product(s).
Deliver outbound calls, including customer call-backs and collation of feedback on service provided, assisting the Financial Planners in booking appointments with customers.
Accountable for providing customers with clear factual information and keeping them appropriately informed before, during and at the point of sale (and other appropriate interactions), providing a high standard of service to the customer.
Key Skills/Experience:
* Experience of working in a sales target driven environment
* Experience of working in the financial services industry and working knowledge in a sales call centre environment is desirable though not essential
* CII Financial Planning Certificate or equivalent but not essential
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes or equivalent Office packages
* Broad knowledge of Financial Services products and operations
* Knowledge of regulatory processes within the Financial Services Industry
