Interim NHS Human Resources Project Manager Required - 6 Month Contract - Midlands - £200+ per day

I am looking for a solid Human Resources Project Manager with the below qualities:

- Human Resources experience within NHS/Pub Sec
- Up to date knowledge of HR policies, Employment Law, HR Frameworks
- Experience of/Knowledge of Workforce Strategy/data/trends and Redundancy Costing
- Track record of Change PM/Change initiatives
- Implementing and driving/Knowledge of Rewards Strategies on large scales
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- People orientated, tenacity, negotiation and motivation, multi tasking on projects,
- Excellent Excel skills and communication skills
- ESR and HR Systems knowledge is a bonus

This is a fantastic role assisting a NHS Organisation through an OD and Change Project. Covering 4500 employees the project will encompass implementation of a Rewards Strategy and working with the Organisation from senior to floor staff, utilising workforce analysis and striving for a more agile, mobile workforce.
