Our client is looking for an experienced recruitment manager to improve the productivity of their current recruitment team for a period of at least 6 months.
Applicants will have the interpersonal skills to build internal relationships while maintaining a positive approach to pressurised recruitment within a stressful environment. A strong background in man management is essential for the successful completion of the contract and the ability to work at a fast pace and without a strong brief is paramount to success. The successful candidate will responsible for ensuring engagement, performance, direction and lead one to one's.
