Description
ConSol Partners are currently looking for a Systems Tester for a 3 month contract based in our client's Dublin City offices. Preferably looking for somebody from a insurance or utilities background (still apply if you do not have!).
Responsibilities
- Create a System Test plan and Traceability Matrix
- Manage System Test, ensuring sign-off of deliverables
- Define and execute test scripts from multiple information sources
- Report on daily test progress and defects raised
- Liaise with both project team and client to ensure issues and defects are understood and resolved
Experience
The ideal person will have at least 5+ year's experience as a System Tester and have experience in the following:
- Developing life cycle and in particular with agile software development projects
- Web Technology experience
- Experience in influencing requirements processes to ensure the testability of deliverables
- Proven ability to lead a project from a QA perspective
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with standard test tools and defect reporting software
- Database experience with strong SQL skills
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
