Ihre Aufgaben:
- Maintaining a good level of Internal Controls
- Responsible for all aspects of the geographical areas accounting and control system, which guarantees the accurate presentation of financial results in line with corporate policy
- Review and control of financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, banking arrangements, credit and collection, payroll administration and all local/corporate taxation in close cooperation with the SSC
- Ensure compliance with US-GAAP, Sarbanes Oxley & other statutory requirements
- Be responsible for the coordination and control of all post-audit implementation changes
- Be a key driver in improving the efficiency of the company's financial systems, working closely toghether with the SSC
- Manage the relationship with the SSC
- Strive for process improvement and efficiency locally and regarding the cooperation with the SSC, specifically by identifying further task and responsibilities which can be moved to the SSC
Ihre Qualifikation
- A qualified accountant with professional experience in an international business environment
- Strong general technical accounting skills
- Experience in working with SSC would be preferable
- Strong IT skills and substantial experience with Excel/PowerPoint software
- Some experience in Oracle and/or SAP applications preferred
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to interact with the accounting team in the SSC
- Flexible and approachable personality with hands-on mentality, combining strong technical expertise with a commercial perspective and focus
