Microsoft Windows Expert jobs in Brussels - Dutch and French

- Experience with networking, security, systems, storage and databases
- Expertise in MS Windows troubleshooting support
- Dutch, English and French skills
The job is to support the implementation of third party applications (1st line support/diagnostic and infrastructure support). As Service Delivery Consultant, you support SLAs by building up the expertise in our technical teams, as well as defining the support model (including diagnostic tools). You will be required to spend about half of your time on client sites so a driving license is essential.
Tasks include validating solutions in the pre-sales phase, service delivery of ICT solutions, providing technical advice, service management, defining and optimizing the margin... You are not required to have expertise in all of the technologies mentioned in this advert but you should have a broad enough IT understanding to know more or less what is going wrong with a particular system.
Relevant technical expertise required: Cisco, Juniper/Checkpoint, Windows/Exchange/AD/SCCM/SCOM, EMC/Netapp, MS SQL/MySQL/Oracle
Application development expertise is desirable.
