Description
Windows Server Administrator with the following qualifications to assist with DR initiative and provide support for our environment.Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of experience administering Windows Server in an enterprise environment
- 5 years of experience administering VMware ESX/ESXi
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Detailed understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills and proven ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detailed understanding of Microsoft Exchange
- Detailed understanding of backups, best practices, and Symantec Netbackup
- Experience in administering Microsoft Forefront TMG/UAG
- Experience in writing PowerShell scripts
- Experience in applying updates and patches to client systems utilizing Microsoft WSUS
- Experience in planning and documenting server configurations
- Demonstrated experience as project technical lead
- Experience with disaster recovery procedures and processes
