Client: Fortune 500 Company
Duration: 1 year contract
Pay: $19 an hour
Location: Sparks, MD 21152
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Description:
Experience Level: (Intermediate, 3 - 5 Years Experience).
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. May require an associates degree in a related area or 3 - 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

The successful candidate will have experience supervising a crew of technicians.
Responsible for maintaining work processes and developing new ones for Crew a of technicians in a corporate environment
Documenting all work and building a Knowledge base of problems and there solutions
Ability to work in a fast paced corporate environment
Ability to work in a team environment and capable to work independently
Ability to lift 40 LBS
*Have a reliable means of transportation to travel between various customer locations
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
