Global organisation are actively seeking an Internal Controls Analyst.
This person will be looking into and reviewing Payroll across the UK and Europe. Enhancing Pay accuracy across the board. Understanding weaknesses gaps and key controls. Needs internal audit experience.
You will be:
Highly Proactive
Have Risk and Control Experience
Work alone and not need to be micro managed
Good communication skills. Working very closely with HR
