Overview
The ISS lead has direct responsibility for the delivery of the ISS (Internal Security Services) Active Network infrastructure. From initial design to handover of service.
Detailed responsibilities
o Peer review of documents prior to issue.
o Writing detailed design specifications.
o Review and implementation of Design Change requests.
o Coordination and POC for the user and Engineer
o Co-ordination with Trade Contractors, and PE technical personnel.
o Co-ordination with 3rd Party Trade Contractors.
Candidates Should be minimum CCNP (Routing & Switching) and CCNP (Security) with a min of 6 years' experience working as a Network/Hardware Engineer involved in hardware/network design and administration of enterprise networks, capacity planning, Servers, storage solutions, and be responsible for the overall security functions of the enterprise.
Experienced/qualified in Design, installs and configuration of networks and security infrastructure and the NMS/monitoring tools, including the core network Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Intrusion detection/Prevention Systems (IPS), Proxy Servers, VPN concentrators, spam Firewalls, configuration management, network performance management.
Knowledgeable in data center design best practices, Should be knowledgeable with systems such as Servers, rack, cabling, AC, fire protection system, UPS, environmental monitoring system & any other IT systems installed in the data center.
