Sharepoint Developer
My Client is looking for a strong hands on SharePoint Developer who is able to hit the ground running on a new project, and provide expert knowledge to a growing team.
The ideal candidate will be able to develop, design and write code, and have a fantastic understanding of SharePoint. Ideally my client is looking for someone with 3 plus years experience.
The day to day tasks that will be expected of you are listed below.
- The design, creation and implementation of SharePoint sites and solutions using the full range of MOSS design tools
- The integration of non-SharePoint related services into SharePoint applications as needed
- The design, creation and implementation of MS Office addins and extensions
- Experience with knowledge transfers and involvement in transformation activities, for example converting applications from Lotus Notes to Sharepoint
- Strong document authorship skills including documentation of requirements, designs and support operations
Key Skills needed for the project will include....
- SharePoint 2010 setup and administration skills. SharePoint Designer 2010 and MOSS 2007 and SharePoint 2010 knowledge
- Excellent working knowledge of ASP.NET/C#
- Knowledge of Lotus Notes 6.5/8.5
-Solid full-cycle development experience on transactional and front- end applications
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS (ideally to HTML5 and CS3)
This is initially for a six month contract role based in Central London, with a negotiable rate.
