The client is a consultancy organisation in Brussels with an assignment
At a large European site as follows:
They are looking for a Data Architect for a Data management team (Database design & modelling, propose best practices, data dictionary, re-engineer a (massive) application based on Oracle-Coldfusion) etc.
The consultant will be responsible for best practices, the validation, evolution and maintenance of the data model of the whole Directorate.
The main tool is Oracle Sql Developer Data Modeller but a link with Rational Software Architect is planned
Knowledge of ETL is a plus since there will be a need to perform Data Integration between all the different systems ( via ETL or Services BUS ).
Language is English.
The rate will be negotiable and vary with candidate's experience in IT.
