Description
An exciting new opening has arisen for a Six Sigma Lab Specialist to join a global pharmaceutical organisation based at one of their OTC (Over the counter) manufacturing facilities in Switzerland. The project will involve leading and implementing a Lean Labs Transformation project.The Role:
*To explore and review the current labs and identify new and improved processes
*Design and drive a Lean Labs master plan
*Execute and implement the Lean Labs strategy
*People management- to drive other team members to ensure the work is completed on time
Experience:
*Bachelor degree or higher qualification in engineering
*Worked within an GMP environment
*Experience of working in a Lean Labs environment
*Experience of working on Lean Labs Transformation projects
*Strong Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt skills
*Skilled in operational excellence and continuous improvement processes within the pharmaceutical industry
*French speaking would be an advantage but not essential
