An internal recruiter is required for a specific campaign to grow my clients sales force. Operating globally this business is growing quickly and needs to fill a number of high level, high profile sales requirements.
The sales environment is a business to business one working with IT platforms and products.
Experience of recruiting top class sales professionals, within a B2B environment is essential, as is the experience of working with recruitment partners, internal stakeholders and recruiting directly. Using all of these skills to work across the globe you will have filled teams to tight timescales as well as working in a flexible manner where priorities have changed.
