A vacancy has arisen on a fixed term contract basis until 30th September 2013 within the Business Systems department. There is the potential that the role will be converted to a permanent role at end of contract.
Overview
Exprience Configuration & Admin Lead to support the integral distribution platforms:
. Salesforce.com
. Eloqua
Work closely with the CRM Function, which provides front-line support to the user base and owns the roadmap surrounding the platforms
The CRM Function is global and will involve liaising with all members of the team to both understand and implement to requirements
Daily tasks may include defect resolution, writing new reports, addressing user queries, monitoring and remediating data quality issues, investigating new data requirements, implementing changes and enhancements, testing and working with external parties on additional developments
The candidate should have at least three years' experience working as a CRM administrator; or a similar role using Salesforce.com and Eloqua
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, test and deploy enhancements to the Salesforce platform in accordance with business requirements and release management procedures
Prepare, test and deploy enhancements to the Eloqua platform in accordance with business requirements and release management procedures
Day-to-day Salesforce and Eloqua platform support
Data management - eg transformation and load, monitoring of quality, cleansing, integration of feeds/uploads to and from the platforms
Provide visibility of new functionality available on the platforms to CRM function to ensure that standard functionality is leveraged fully
