For our client in the Amsterdam/Eindhoven regions, we are seeking an Integration Layer Specialist (WebSphere).
Duties:
It concerns a 'heavy' function for a large multinational company. Client is busy with the optimisation of their IT environment, to make (cost) efficiency improvements. As the Integration Layer Specialist, you will be responsible for the existing Middleware architecture, and all improvements there-of. You will be expected to operate independently, and be able to advise on improvements, the eventual consequences and interdependencies, estimate impact on performance, etc. Concurrently, you should be able to translate client business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience:
The ideal candidate is is someone with extensive experience with Middleware architectures and realisation. Experience with WebSphere and SAP is mandatory. Currently, there exists an active integration level, somewhat fragmented; too many point-to-point solutions, etc.. There is room for improvements! Alongside technical skills with hands-on experience, you will be expected to analyse the processes. Thus, conceptual thinking and seniority is important! We seek a specialist consultant that has 'grown-up' with relative experience, can operate at management/director levels, be able to determine between technical seniority and relevance, etc..
International experience is a definite advantage, and the English language is utilised within the client organisation.
