My client has an urgent requirement for a Subject Matter Expert to help on developing new operating models in the issuing and acquiring space.
The consultant must have a comprehensive overview of the cards business with a particular emphasis in understanding how technical and operational functions integrate with business objectives.
Assignments will involve documenting the as is situation, and by combining extensive client input with broad & deep understanding of infrastructure requirements/possibilities, help design new operating models, supported by business cases and implementation roadmap design.
As an Advisors project manager is already assigned, we are therefore looking for subject matter expertise to provide depth of recommendation and in facing off with functional counterparts in the client.
Initial duration is approx. 2 months and European travel required on a 50/50 split with around 3 or 4 days in Portugal every second week or so - so roughly 50:50 (weekends at home). Non-English language not essential and my client will cover all expenses for travelling on business.
