Description
Customer issue and quality administrator required by leading telecommunications company in a 6 monthly rolling contract in Hampshire.
* Proficient in the use of the following Microsoft software packages to produce both internal and external customer reports, maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases as required.
o Excel (Charts/Graph-Conditional formatting and Macro knowledge)
o Word
o PowerPoint
* Schedule and attend meetings, taking minutes and action registers for inclusion in weekly and monthly reports
* Also if possible some knowledge or experience with the following software:-
o Brio Intelligence
o Crystal Reports
o Clarify support ticketing systems
The person should also have the following personal skills
* Organised
* Able to multi task and prioritise
* Work as part of a busy team
* Pro active in improving reports/spreadsheets/graph production
