Description
One of the UK's leading consultancies and service providers to companies in the Pharmaceutical, Food, Energy and Building Services sectors is currently looking for a M&E CAD technician on a 3 month on-going contract basis.
Supporting the existing Mechanical and Electrical engineering departments, you will be responsible for detailing engineering diagrams and lending support to project managers to ensure CAD drawings are fully completed to and compliant with company standards.
As a pro-active and disciplined CAD technician, you'll demonstrate a strong M&E background, ideally with some industry experience based within a consultancy environment. You should be proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2008 (or more recent editions) and be able to show an understanding of design for HVAC and piping systems. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is also an essential skill.
