A great opportunity has arisen for a Operations Manager to join a FSTE 100 company in Manchester.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for;
- Managing up to 6 direct reports
- For ensuring the delivery of the service within budget as agreed
- Ensuring that service is delivered to SLA and required quality standards
- Taking operational management for more than two client accounts
- Managing across various sites on complex/large projects
- Client relationship management
The successful candidate will have;
- Exceptional performance management and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse data, problem solve at an advanced level and make decisions confidently
- Customer focused when dealing with a range of people
- Ability to work effectively as part of a senior management team#
- Proven management ability within a financial services industry at a similar level
- Effective meeting skills
- LEAN and process improvement skills are highly desirable
