Change Management Consultant

Change Management activities include 4 main pillars: process description & organizational GAP analyses; training; user support; and communication.

Taking each project milestone (migration) as a reference, we plan and execute the following activities:

- Identifying all impacted stakeholders across the Bank
- Informing stakeholders of the change and impact for their teams
- Delivering GAP process descriptions comparing the current versus the future way of working
- Providing users with the necessary tool training
- Closely following up the migration
- Taking care of the necessary end-user support just after their migration

Function description

- You contact stakeholders and with their support, describe As Is versus To Be processes with a focus on accounting control activities (reconciliations, matching of suspense items, justifications, signature of audit certificates, etc).
- You collect stakeholders questions and needs with regard to the project and dispatch them to the appropriate team member depending on existing governance (training, user support, etc)
- You present your results to both stakeholders and project management for final validation
- You produce change management deliverables for your stakeholders when needed. This might include: architectural models, pedagogical explanation of different concepts, etc.

Requested skills/profile:

- Eager to learn about business architecture, project and change management
- Accounting/Finance/Back Office operations in a large financial organisation
- Analytical thinking: Analyzing problems, structuring issues, etc
- Communication and presentation skills: customer-oriented
- Autonomous planning of own work schedule towards a concrete deliverable and deadline: result-driven
- You are able to prioritize your work and have strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Workgroup facilitation, process modelling, convincing and self-confident.
