Scrum Master - Software, JAVA, Python, Project Lead
A Scrum Master is required by my client in Ghent, Belgium, you will be managing two Scrum Teams of 9 people in each and bringing traditional Scrum principals to the teams.
You will be working for a market leading organisation with great in roads around Europe.
This is a contract role for 3 - 6 months + extensions working for a market leading company.
The successful candidate will likely come from this background;
A background in Software Engineering
A proven background in being a Scrum Master and following Agile practices.
You will be a Agile fan and really adopt Agile Scrum practices. Essentially a PM role but you don't need to have that background.
The team is professional but personable with a mix of cultures and ages, everyone works together in a collobartive and exploratory way.
