Oracle BRM Intranet ConsultantMy client is searching for an Oracle BRM consultant with strong Infranet & Portal skills.
The right candidate will be responsible for administrating the use of Oracle BRM Infranet Portal (client Billing System) and possess atleast 6 years of experience in such Oracle Application administration.
As the consultant/Administrator you will be required to analyze business requirements to provide technical recommendations and appropriate tool selection. Ideally candidates will possess Telco
experience from a Billing (particularly Infranet Portal). You will have a strong understanding of the application evolution from Infranet to portal and then Oracle BRM and be able to provide Level 2 & 3 support for customer issues and periodic and systematic reconciliation.
In addition key tasks will include:
Understanding and debugging issues
Root cause analysis and proactive efforts to identify issues
Creating and maintaining documentation and information on the tools needed to support
Intranet Portal. You will be required to provide experience on the following application functionality:
Production Deployment, Running/Monitoring application batches. Tuning Application, Starting/Stopping application components, Application Configuration, Application Monitoring.
Securing User accessibility BRM infranet and PRE Configuration and customization skills
Candidates already based in KSA or Riyadh will be given preference for this role.
