VOIP Engineer - Nortel CS1K to Avaya, Telecoms, Financial
A prestigious financial services organisation is requiring a VOIP Engineer with the following skills and experience:

- VOIP knowledge

- Avaya Aura
- G gateways some or all
- S and/or other Servers
- Avaya CM
- Avaya AES
- Avaya SES
- Avaya Session Manager
- Avaya System Manager
- Avaya Aura Messaging
- Modular Messenger
- Avaya IP Office
- Microsoft Lync 2010 Enterprise Voice
- NET UX1000 gateways
Shift Time
- Core hours 08:00 to 16:00
Onsite Travel %
- Mainly London Finsbury (95%) with some scope to work from Henley and the opportunity to travel to some EMEA locations project dependent.
Nature of work
- Support all voice equipment locally in London and remotely for Asia Pac and EMEA.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in the Telecoms industry
Summary of the team they will be joining
- The team maintain all voice equipment in the EMEA and AP regions, part of a larger group that maintain all voice systems globally.
- EMEA has 18 offices which are mainly Nortel but we are in the process of migrating to Avaya.
- AP has 10 offices which are mainly Avaya
- Call recording systems for 900+ extensions
- A number of Contact Centre systems supporting call centre clients.
This will be a 12 month assignment offering market rates.
