A highly-regarded Federal Government department is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator for an initial 5 month contract with the view to be extended, starting ASAP. You will be responsible for managing ICT systems and provide hardware and software support to a variety of systems and applications particularly with regard to workflow systems. 

Your responsibilities will include (but won't be limited to) the following:

• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SQL Server, VMWare, IBM MQSeries, EMC SAN, Facial Recognition systems and Server Hardware Technology
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and solve complex passport ICT systems and application problems (both hardware and software) with minimal impact to the business.
• Ability to liaise with business clients to assist them in achieving their outcomes and ability to liaise with third-party suppliers on all levels to ensure that ICT services operate and are maintained to peak efficiency.
• Experience in working with work-flow technology and systems. (Desirable)
