My client are recruiting for an Internal Sales Representative for their Infection Prevention Division.
Duties include:
Generation of sales opportunities to be either closed over the phone or assigned to a relevant team member for follow up.
Management of relationships over the phone to encourage loyalty and prevent erosion.
Facilitate appointment making for field-based team members
Proactive contacting of target competitor accounts.
Conduct outbound calls to validate customer information.
Experience/Skills:
Previous experience working in a call centre environment
Good understanding of the sales and marketing process
Excellent communication skills
Self motivated
Excellent time management
Ability to persuade and negotiate
Experience of working with CRM systems.
