Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- MCSE with at least 6 years of experience
- CCA certification
- Experience deploying and supporting large scale Citrix environments and experience with managing multiple Citrix Farms.
- Experience with Scripting (VBSCRIPT, Kixx, C++)
- Experience with server deployment, maintenance, and management of software applications, and support tools
- Proficient use of debugging, analytical, and monitoring tools
- Within the MS Windows 2003 Server, must possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of WINS, DNS, GPO's, and Active Directory.
- Within Citrix XenApp 6.X, and above, must understand and possess hands-on experience with XenApp software, Web Interface, Secure Gateway, STA, Secure Access Manager, Password Manager, and Installation Manager.
- A minimum of 3 years experience that shows an in-depth experience of Windows 2008 R2 Server
- A minimum of 8 years experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- A minimum of 5 years experience with VMWare vSphere 4.x
- At least 8 years of hands-on Citrix XenApp 6.X and above
- At least 8 years engineering experience in large Citrix environments

JOB SUMMARY
This position provides application support for Citrix projects.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provides high level support for the roll out of Citrix through the company.
- Manages, administers, and maintains Citrix server environment, Citrix XenApp and supporting software, and Windows Server Operating System (OS).
- Administers file systems and directory structure associated with the Citrix environment.
- Builds, configures, and supports the Citrix Servers and related hardware.
- Configures security setting web and applications Servers to prevent unauthorized access and limit vulnerabilities.
- Manages, troubleshoots, and supports Citrix environment.
- Documents all application installations, configurations, and processes as appropriate
- Performs in-depth problem troubleshooting analysis and resolution of complex hardware, OS, and applications.
- Interfaces with business and IT units to understand requirements, present options, and provide application installation, and process documentation as required.
